We offer a mixture of sessions for all abilities. For cycling,, swimming and running, please see our timetable below. You’re more than welcome to turn up to any session and give it a try before committing to membership.

Why not join us for a running session? We have a variety of training sessions throughout the week, so that there’s something to suit every ability. We like to take advantage of the beautiful landscapes, so throughout the summer, there’s plenty of off-road routes for you to explore with us. All of our routes are led by our qualified run leaders.

Tuesday 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Two sessions are offered.
Shorter run session 6:30pm – 7:30pm (around 4 miles)
Longer run session 6:30pm – 8:00 pm (around 6 miles)
Meet outside Halesowen Leisure Centre.
Wednesday 7:00pm – 8:00pm.
Steady pace (around 4 miles)
Meet outside Halesowen Leisure Centre.
Thursday 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Interval training. A mixture of hills and intervals for approx. 4-6 miles.
Meet at Halesowen Leisure Centre from October to March.
Meet at Walton Hill Car Park in Clent from April to September.
Sunday 9:00am
Long run session. Approx 6-8 miles at a relaxed pace. Meet outside Halesowen Leisure Centre.
Last Sunday of each month
End of Month Run. On the last Sunday of each month we pick a new location for our end of month run.

Monday 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Based at Halesowen Leisure Centre.
*This reduced cost only applies to the Cobra Monday night swim session.
Join us on a Monday for our coached swimming session to improve your endurance and speed in the pool and beyond.
Our cycling sessions are organised on an ad-hoc basis subject to demand in the summer. Join us for short hills and sprints, to fire up those quads and increase your strength on the bike.
